Mission Brief

The primary objective of Project Galtea is to establish a new civilized “bubble” on the eastern front of the Milky Way to preserve Humanity and the Federation. Our aim is to help establish and encourage further exploration of the surrounding regions of the Arcadian Stream. As a secondary objective, Project Galtea also strives to help research deeper into Humanity’s origins and philosophies.

ExplorationSurvey candidate systems, map rings & surface POIs, and chart the region for fellow Galteans.
LogisticsAssist in hauling efforts. Load and unload fleetcarriers with colonisation commodities to help with construction efforts.
SecurityTake on resource extraction sites and conflict zones in a beautiful area of space.
Colonisation and BGSEstablish stations, build infrastructure for a thriving economy. Manipulate minor factions for political diversity.

Phased Timeline

  1. Recon: Compile a list of systems to create a bridge towards the Arcadian Stream.
  2. Staging: Deploy carriers, hual commodities to build the bridge.
  3. Construction: Build resupply points at 2,000 lightyear intervals across the bridge.
  4. Stabilisation: Seed the main target system in the region and generate a healthy economy.
  5. Expansion: Additional settlements, surface ports, starports and regional growth.

Is this open to new CMDRs?

Absolutely. We can offer direction and experience to help you earn your wings. You can hang out with Elite Dangerous veterans and get help with shipbuilding theory!

Do I need Odyssey?

No. Odyssey is only required for winging with Odyssey commanders and planetary footfall. We do not support *legacy* Horzions.

The target capital system of Project Galtea is "Eotchorts FG-X d1-318".
Precisely 24,481.15 LY away from Sol, 7,321.22 LY east of Saggitarius A* and 1.6k LY above the Galactic Disk. Situated in a stunning position in the Arcadian Stream.
